Jessica joined Bridgewater in 2009, and is currently the Head of Subadvisory Partnerships. She is responsible for Bridgewater’s subadvisory distribution relationships. Prior to her current role, she was a Client Advisor for 12 years, covering Bridgewater’s US and international clients, including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, university endowments, charitable foundations, and foreign governments. Jessica is also a leader in the firm’s Women’s Influence Network (“WIN”), where she coaches and mentors young professionals. Jessica is committed to helping up-and-coming talent develop the tools to build both a rewarding career and personal life. She was named to the Hedge Fund Journal’s list of 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds in 2021.
Prior to joining Bridgewater, Jessica was an Investment Director at Wellington Management, where she focused on commodities and multi-asset portfolios, and before that she was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she served clients in the financial services industry. Jessica earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT, an M.S. in Environmental and Biological Engineering from Cornell, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Society and the Stamford Society of Security Analysts.
