With more than 26 years of experience in financial services and technology, Stéphane Gagné serves as Director Business Expert and Business Development. In this role, Stéphane support the Banking, Global Wealth and Capital Market business unit for Canada and Europe. He also provide industry expertise to CGI clients in different strategic initiatives.
Prior to CGI, Stéphane found his own consulting firm, served as a technology executive with different organizations and several senior management positions with National Bank of Canada where he led wealth management and capital market IT delivery teams including a major acquisition in Wealth Management.
Stéphane began his carreer in the brokerage industry in 1996 where he started as Market Analyst and Investment Advisor with providing market trends and financial advices.
Throughout his carreer, Stéphane has worked closely with the business units and helping them to drive performance and profitability through IT. He holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Université Laval in Québec City.
