Nicolas Dubourg is a Founding Partner and President of ISALT. He is also Managing Director of the Fonds Stratégique de Participations (FSP) which he contributed to create in 2012.
ISALT develops long-term investments in the capital of strategic French mid-cap companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, primarily industrial or technological, positioned in future markets and with a strong capacity for innovation. Created in 2019, the management company’s main activity is to manage the Fonds Stratégique de Participations (FSP). By actively participating in their Board of Directors or Supervisory Board, ISALT contributes to the implementation of solid and established governance practices and ensures that opportunities related to key transitions – environmental, technological and social – are at the heart of their strategy.
Previously a member of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management’s Executive Committee, in charge of investment solutions, Nicolas has developed a strong expertise in a wide variety of asset classes as well as in structuring investment funds for institutional clients. He spent the first part of his career in investment banking (Société Générale and Crédit Lyonnais) and has over 25 years of operational and managerial experience in capital markets and asset management
He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1992 and holds a PhD in applied mathematics.
